2 Workflows Using AI For Editing Videos That You Guys Can Start Using (#59)
The GrowthTech Newsletter. By Sina Pahlevan. The Time Wizard.
Today, I’m not just going to give you some AI tools. I’m going to give you the workflows with these tools - how to use them.
It’s time to start dedicating 1 hour each morning (or 3 hours on weekends) to post content.
Here’s how we start:
Create an Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
Pick the niche that’s best for you, attracts the most attention, and can bring you the most money
We post everyday
Let’s go into how you should go about your day doing this.
I should preface that these workflows are for people who have a business or need to optimize their time. This isn’t for creatives or dedicated content creators.
Workflow #1
Step 1: Create long-form content. Could be a podcast, a stream, a VLOG, etc.
Use a chatbot, I recommend GPT-4 of course.
This is actually good prompt I found online to generate content consistently across multiple platforms for 30 days. I’m going to write another newsletter on that topic another day.
Film your content, and it has to be long-form so make sure you add long-form content to your ChatGPT output, if it didn’t already give you some.
Step 2: Go to Video Highlight
This is for creators who want more creative control on each of their videos, and is willing to sacrifice a little bit of their time. If you’re a solopreneur, I recommend doing this.
Video Highlight is an AI tool that claims they are the fastest way to summarize videos.
Input a video from YouTube into the tool and it will give you a summary. For the sake of this example, we used Terence Crawford’s on “Million Dollaz Worth of Game.”
You can look through the summary Video Highlight gives you to determine your best clips. I would hope you use your own video for this, unless you’re applying this to a faceless YouTube channel that’s automated that you’re trying to grow to make money… that’s also cool.
Step 3: Use Descript, CapCut, FinalCut Pro, or Adobe Premiere (what I use the most) to Edit
Pick an editing style. Improve it and add new tools to your bag every day. But hurry up. Don’t fall in a daze trying to be creative. Get in a flow and go. Optimize your time.
Workflow #2
Use the same Step #1 from Workflow #1. Create your long-form content and upload it.
The difference for this workflow is even more speed. This is for strict businessmen, who are willing to make more saturated content that may or may not perform as well, to optimize their time… statistically speaking, if you spend more time on your content, it tends to perform better, so I don’t know if I would necessarily recommend this workflow. But if it works, you’re a real winner so don’t listen to me. Follow your gut.
Step #2 - Go to Opus Clip
Upload your long-form video from YouTube. Wait a bit. It will give you 10 new clips, fully edited with captions. In minutes. Revise/edit them, then schedule them to post across every social media platform.

Content of the Day:
Jimmy Butler FULL Media Availability Ahead of Game 1 of the NBA Finals
Guys its my favorite “sports” time of the year. The NBA Finals. The time of the year where our NBA champion gets crowned.
Here are my predictions:
I’m rooting for Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo, Caleb Martin, and the Miami Heat. I think this is one of the best sports stories ever. An 8-seed that barely made the Playoffs in the Play-In Tournament. They lost their first game to Atlanta, then had to win Game #2 against my Chicago Bulls to get in. They beat the 1-seed Milwaukee Bucks with a healthy Giannis Antetokounmpo (minus 2 games), Khris Middleton, and Jrue Holiday. They beat the NY Knicks. They beat the Boston Celtics after almost giving up a 3-0 series lead. Now they face the Denver Nuggets, who have the best player in the world: Nikola Jokic.
Rooting for the Heat. Give me the Denver Nuggets in 5 or 6 games.
Have a great… NIGHT… beautiful people. I wish you all nothing but the best.
